We take proud to have managed throughout the years to work with a MIF that counts for thousands of devices deployed across the country, all managed centrally through trustable and secure platforms, ensuring this way the highest levels of SLA with a reaction time that starts from just 2 hours. Thanks to our monitoring systems, our FTF (First Time Fix) ratio is as high as 98% in all reported cases. We complement our MPS contract with Secure Print solutions which we offer in partnership with some of the pioneering providers in the world.
